FakeMockup provides free, browser-based tools to generate visual mockups of digital conversational interfaces, social media posts, and related screens.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from using the generators for:

• Creating false evidence for legal or official proceedings.
• Impersonating individuals or entities with the intent to defame, harass, or scam.
• Spreading malicious misinformation or fake news.
• Engaging in cyberbullying or intimidation.
• Any activity that violates local, national, or international law.

The tools provided are designed for marketing, content creation, education, UI design demonstrations, and harmless entertainment.

4. Intellectual Property

The images, templates, and designs generated by users utilizing our platform belong to the user. However, the exact UI layouts mimic third-party platforms. You acknowledge that those platforms own their respective trademarks, trade dress, and intellectual property. FakeMockup is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any of the platforms depicted in our mockups.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
